Hi everyone

Hi all,

So this is my blog on my journey to becoming the weight I want to become.

At the moment I am 5"5 I weigh 11 stone (154lbs) I want to get down to I would ideally like to weigh 9 1/2 stone (138.5lbs) and well I thought the best way to keep motivated is to write about it.

I am using the The fit squad to track my calories of the food I am eating, but basically I am doing 3 meals a day plus 2 small snacks in between and thats helped me lose an inital 7 lbs before starting this blog and that was without exercise. I think at the moment I am eating 1700 calories.

For exercise today I have started running I managed to run 1.5 miles in half an hour it hurt but at least I managed something, I have also bought 2 dvd's The biggest loser cardio max and The biggest Loser Sculpt. So fingers crossed I will get there.

When I can I will slap on a bikini and post some pictures of my starting weight as when I have clothes on it doesnt look that bad, but I would rather everyone see the bad or no-one if people dont read my blog and the good at the end of this journey,
